تربع هذا الطريق الموجود في بوليفيا على عرش لقب أخطر شوارع العالم.


و يتسبب سلوك هذا الشارع الذي يبلغ طوله 63 كيلومتراً بحدوث ما بين 200 الى 300 وفاة سنوياً ، و يضطر سكان المناطق المحيطة به إلى سلوكه لأنه يربط ما بين العاصمة لا باز و مدينة كورويكو.
و توجد على حافة الطريق العديد من العلامات التي تظهر أماكن وقوع السيارات من قبل.
و لا يزيد طول الشارع عن 3.2 متر و هو بمسربين ، و تضيف الاحوال الجوية السيئة في هذه المنطقة المزيد من المصاعب ، حيثُ تهطل الامطار باستمرار و تعمل على حدوث انزلاقات للتربة ، انه حقاً طريق الموت.
